If the delivery cost exceeds 20% of the initially reserved amount, the reserved funds are automatically returned to the payer’s card, and they receive an SMS requesting payment of the new delivery cost within 7 days. If the final delivery cost is less than the reserved amount, the difference is returned to the payer’s card, and the necessary amount is charged automatically.

When using Apple Pay or Google Pay, if the delivery cost decreases, the refund to the payer’s account is made within 72 hours, and the necessary amount is charged automatically. If the cost increases within 20%, the additional amount is charged from the payer’s card within 72 hours. If there are insufficient funds on the card, a negative balance is formed within the required payment amount.
