Changes to the Shipping Rates for Shipments to the USA

Dear Customers!

We would like to inform you of changes to the pricing terms for export shipments to the USA.

Due to changes in US customs legislation and an updated approach to calculating customs duties, an additional surcharge of 4.5% of the declared value of the goods will be introduced for shipments to the USA starting September 21, 2026.

What is changing

• Starting September 21, 2026, an additional surcharge of 4.5% of the declared value of the goods will apply to export shipments to the USA.
• The surcharge will be automatically included in the shipping cost and paid by the Sender.
• The new terms apply to shipments sent to the USA using the relevant delivery services.

Previously, on August 4, 2026, the additional surcharge of 10% of the declared value of the goods was cancelled due to changes in US customs legislation.

What happens next

We are working on updating the pricing mechanism, under which the surcharge amount will be determined based on the HS code and product category.

Once the relevant functionality is implemented in the calculator and pricing systems, the pricing terms may be further updated in accordance with the current requirements of US customs legislation.
