Important Changes in Shipping Rates to the USA

Dear Customers,

Due to the update of U.S. customs regulations, starting from August 29, 2025, new conditions will apply for export shipments.

What changes from August 28, 2025:

  • Shipments under Seller One, Global Delivery, and Global Freight Flex to the USA will only be accepted under Incoterms DDP.

  • An additional 10% of the declared customs value of the shipment will be charged on top of the delivery cost.

  • This amount is paid by the Sender.

Important:

  • If the U.S. government decision regarding these customs duties is revoked, the paid funds will be refunded to the Sender (upon request).
  • If the regulation remains in effect after August 29, the company reserves the right to adjust the calculation of additional charges in accordance with the current requirements of U.S. customs legislation.

Advantage for Ukrainian sellers:

⚡ For goods of Ukrainian origin, the duty is only 10%, while for many other countries the conditions are much stricter.

It is worth noting that in several other countries (for example, the EU and the United Kingdom), import conditions for online buyers are significantly tougher. The USA, however, currently maintains one of the most favorable systems, creating excellent opportunities to increase sales of Ukrainian products in the American market.

In addition, many national postal operators worldwide have already fully or partially blocked the delivery of goods to the USA due to the new rules. This is why shipping through Nova Global becomes an even stronger competitive advantage for Ukrainian exporters.

Reliability with Nova Global:

We guarantee uninterrupted delivery: all shipments that were already processed under Incoterms DAP will be covered by the company at import into the USA. This will help avoid customs delays and the risk of returns or disposal of goods.

Nova Global remains your trusted partner in international logistics.
