Attention! International shipments update

Dear Customers,

On July 19, as a result of a large-scale enemy attack on the Kyiv region, one of Nova Global’s key customs and logistics terminals was destroyed.

Unfortunately, shipments from international online stores and marketplaces that were located at the terminal during the attack were destroyed.

We recommend checking the current status of your shipment in the Tracking section on the Nova Global website.

If your shipment was affected by this incident, any further resolution of the matter will be handled in accordance with the policies of the seller or marketplace where the order was placed.
