Nova Poshta Global will store your parcel for free for 7 calendar days and for 24 days in total, so that you can pick it up at a convenient and quiet time. The first day of storage is the next calendar day after the parcel’s arrival to the Recipient’s branch. The service is free for all shipments except pallets - for 7 calendar days, and 3 calendar days for pallets.

The service allows for a return of the parcel by request of the Sender. The return has to be ordered separately if the Sender does not have an agreement with Nova Poshta about automatic returns and if the Recipient refuses the parcel or is not picking up the parcel for over a week. If the recipient refuses the parcel or does not pick up the parcel, the Sender can order an additional service “Return” to a convenient address. Please note that if the delivery fees were not paid before shipping, the Sender will have to pay for the delivery and the return according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

The service envisages placement of the shipment in the most suitable type of packaging, that will ensure a secure transportation. The packaging is chosen from the available range of Nova Poshta Global company. The service is paid, apart from documents and small shipments of 1kg (inserted in branded packaging). We offer a vast range of packaging for parcels of up to 30 kg and above 30kg to guarantee the integrity of the contents of the parcel during transportation, storage and checks at customs.

Please note that customs duties are charged on all categories of goods, including gifts and warranty returns. Most countries have a duty free customs limit, so all international express shipments are subject to customs clearance, payment of taxes and duties by the Recipient. Delivering goods with value over 150 EUR to Ukraine from abroad, import customs duties are charged. They include: (1) import duty – 10% from the amount exceeding 150 EUR. (2) VAT – 20% from the amount exceeding 150 EUR including duties.

The service allows for a change of address of an existing shipment within a locality, country or abroad. The fee for an address change is calculated according to the existing tariffs of Nova Poshta Global company. With the address change, a new route will be created for the shipment (the parcel will first be delivered to the original destination, and then be redirected), so the delivery time will increase. After delivering the redirected shipment, the recipient will receive an sms-notification about delivery.
