The free storage period for shipments in Ukraine is: 24 calendar days at a branch and 5 calendar days at a parcel locker. After the storage period at the parcel locker expires, the shipment is automatically transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for an additional 19 calendar days from the date of delivery to the branch. In the case of courier delivery, if delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the shipment is also transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for 24 calendar days. Exceptions to the free storage period may apply to shipments from certain online stores. Detailed information is provided below separately for each online store.

• ● Temu

  The free storage period for shipments received from the Temu online store is as follows: at a branch — 9 (nine) calendar days; at a parcel locker — 5 (five) calendar days. After the expiration of this period, the shipment is automatically transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for 4 (four) calendar days from the date of delivery to the branch. In the case of courier delivery, after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is transferred to the nearest branch and stored there for 9 (nine) calendar days.

  Upon expiration of the above storage periods, shipments received from the Temu online store are subject to return to the Sender. The first day of storage is the calendar day following the arrival of the shipment at the Recipient’s branch.




• ● Trendyol

  The free storage period for shipments received from the Trendyol online store is as follows: at a branch — 9 (nine) calendar days; at a parcel locker — 5 (five) calendar days. After the expiration of this period, the shipment is automatically transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for 4 (four) calendar days from the date of delivery to the branch. In the case of courier delivery, after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is transferred to the nearest branch and stored there for 9 (nine) calendar days.

  Upon expiration of the above storage periods, shipments received from the Trendyol online store are subject to return to the Sender. The first day of storage is the calendar day following the arrival of the shipment at the Recipient’s branch.



• ● H&M

  The free storage period for shipments received from the H&M online store is as follows: at a branch — 7 (seven) calendar days; at a parcel locker — 5 (five) calendar days. After the expiration of this period, the shipment is automatically transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery to the branch. In the case of courier delivery, after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is transferred to the nearest branch and stored there for 7 (seven) calendar days.

  Upon expiration of the above storage periods, shipments received from the H&M online store are subject to return to the Sender. The first day of storage is the calendar day following the arrival of the shipment at the Recipient’s branch.




● GymBeam

The free storage period for shipments received from the GymBeam online store is as follows: at a branch — 14 (fourteen) calendar days; at a parcel locker — 5 (five) calendar days. After the expiration of this period, the shipment is automatically transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored free of charge for 9 (nine) calendar days from the date of delivery to the branch; in the case of courier delivery — after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is transferred to the nearest branch, where it is stored for 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Upon expiration of the above storage periods, shipments received from the GymBeam online store are subject to return to the Sender. The first day of storage is the calendar day following the arrival of the shipment at the Recipient’s branch.

The service provides for the return of a shipment at the request of the Sender. The return must be ordered independently in cases where the Sender does not have an agreement with Nova Post that includes automatic return conditions and when the Recipient has refused the shipment or when the Recipient has not collected the parcel for more than one week. If the Recipient refuses the parcel or does not collect it, the Sender may order an additional “Return” service to an address convenient for them. Please note that if the delivery services were not paid prior to shipment, the Sender will be required to pay for both delivery and return in accordance with Nova Post tariffs.

• ● H&M

  For goods purchased from the H&M online store, the cost of international express delivery services for return shipments is as follows: UAH 149.00 (one hundred forty-nine) – for shipments weighing from 0 to 1.0 kg; UAH 49.00 (forty-nine) – for each additional kilogram in the shipment. The cost is calculated automatically based on the actual weight of the shipment. The minimum chargeable weight is 1 kg, rounded up. A weight of 1.001 kg will be rounded up to 2 kg. Each incomplete 0.001 kg is charged as a full kilogram. For example, 1.001 kg will be charged as 2 kg, and so on. The above tariff includes delivery cost only and does not include packaging costs, which are paid separately by the Sender at the time of handing over the shipment for transportation, in accordance with the Partner’s tariffs. Payment for services is made by the Client at the time of handing over the international express shipment to the Service Provider at branches or via the Partner’s mobile application – Nova Poshta LLC.
