For shipments delivered from online stores or marketplaces, the free storage period is determined by the requirements of the respective seller/platform and may differ from the standard period, but must not exceed 24 calendar days.

Customs clearance

If the value of goods delivered to Ukraine from abroad exceed 150 EUR, import customs duties must be paid. They include: (1) import duty – 10% from the amount exceeding 150 EUR. (2) VAT – 20% from the amount exceeding 150 EUR including the customs duty.
