● Process the shipment, indicating all details about the cargo, recipient, destination country, and register the shipment.

3. How to calculate shipping cost?

The shipping cost can be quickly calculated using the calculator on the Nova Global website Business tariffs Nova Global.

To do this, you need to enter the following data:

● Weight and dimensions of the shipment

● Delivery route

When placing an order in the Nova Global business account, the shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the entered data.

The website presents standard delivery tariffs. If your shipment requires special transportation conditions, or exceeds standard dimensions (maximum shipment weight – 68 kg; dimensions: length up to 120 cm, width up to 80 cm, height up to 69 cm), you can use the special delivery conditions Freight – Nova Global

What are the weight and dimension restrictions?

Maximum shipment weight – 68 kg. Dimensions: length up to 120 cm, width up to 80 cm, height up to 69 cm.

If there are weight restrictions in the country, and in the Nova Global business account or on the website Business tariffs Nova Global there is no possibility to calculate the shipping cost, please contact the Nova Global Contacts customer care service or a manager to find an individual solution.

How is volumetric weight calculated for international shipments?

The calculation is performed using the formula:

volumetric weight [kg] = Length [cm] x Width [cm] x Height [cm] / 5,000.

4. Returns and Disposal

Returning cargo to Ukraine is possible depending on the country of delivery, and its cost is calculated individually and is not included in standard tariffs. If the duty-free threshold is exceeded, upon return to Ukraine, the cargo will require customs clearance and payment of customs duties.

Disposal of cargo outside Ukraine is carried out free of charge at the client’s request to the Nova Global customer care service – Nova Global Contacts.

5. Payment of customs duties

For additional consultation regarding possible customs and VAT charges, the recipient should contact the customs authorities in the destination country, as conditions may vary depending on the region.

Examples of duty-free thresholds for some countries:

● USA: 799 USD

● Canada: 22 CAD (≈15.7 USD)

● Mexico: 50 USD

How can I pay customs duties when exporting?

When exporting an international shipment from Ukraine, the recipient may be charged customs duties in accordance with the customs legislation of the destination country. The recipient is informed of the need to pay customs duties by email. 6. Can the recipient pay for delivery?

International delivery services are paid for by the sender, while customs duties and payments are paid for by the recipient.

Customers who have signed a contract with Nova Global have the option of third-party payment. Simply contact your manager or the Nova Global customer care service – Nova Global Contacts

7. What are the delivery times for shipments?

Delivery times for shipments are indicated in business days from capital to capital and do not include the day of shipment pickup. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be considered as strictly defined and guaranteed; they may differ from those specified in the MEN or on the website and do not include:

● the day the MEV is handed over for transportation;

● weekends;

● official holidays;

● days when banking institutions are closed;

● the duration (periods) of delays related to shipment security checks;

● customs clearance times for shipments;

● delays caused by circumstances beyond the performer’s control.

● Canada from 8-12 days

● Europe from 5 days

8. Where can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment in your business account or via the link Parcel Tracking Nova Global, which displays the tracking number of the partner delivering in the destination country. You can provide this tracking number to your buyer.

9. How to change the delivery address?

General information for changing the delivery address:

● Address changes are possible until the parcel is dispatched from Ukraine, so please check the shipment status and contact customer support in a timely manner.

● Provide the necessary order information (order number, current address, new address) and any other details that may be required for delivery.

● Receive confirmation of the address change.

● Re-delivery to a new address is also possible. This service is paid, and the cost depends on the delivery country.

11. Are international shipments insured?

In case of total loss or damage of the shipment, due to the company’s fault, you will be compensated for the monetary value of the declared value of the shipment, as stated in the MEN and invoice.

In case of discrepancy between the actual value of the shipment and the value stated in the MEN and/or prohibited goods, customs officers may seize items from the shipment, return them to Ukraine, charge customs duties, etc.

12. How is international delivery carried out?

Delivery is carried out by courier directly to the recipient’s door with the help of our partners. We currently cooperate with over twenty courier services worldwide. This allows us to ensure reliable and fast delivery, choosing optimal logistics solutions depending on the country or region.

What are the conditions for receiving a parcel at the address?

A shipment addressed to an individual may be handed directly to the recipient specified in the MPO, or to another person authorized to receive the international shipment on their behalf (including persons located in the same premises, or neighbors). The shipment will not be handed over to such a person if there are reasonable doubts about their right to receive it. The recipient’s signature confirms the full provision of the service. The recipient must be of legal age.

13. What should be included in the shipment description?

When exporting, you must provide a detailed description of the contents of the shipment, item by item. You need to specify the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKTZED) code (automatically determined when processing in the Nova Global Cabinet), the country of origin, material, and cost per unit.

14. How can I send a parcel that falls under intellectual property? What will be the customs clearance procedure?

Customs control and customs clearance of goods containing intellectual property rights protected by law and exported from the customs territory of Ukraine are carried out in the general procedure, taking into account the specifics established by the Customs Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine. Confirmation from the authorized state body in the field of intellectual property rights protection regarding the right to the intellectual property object, as well as its value, is required. 15. What declared value should be indicated for the shipment?

The declared value of the shipment must correspond to its actual market value. If an incorrect value is indicated, it may lead to delays during shipment processing and additional customs duties. Such situations can increase delivery times and cause delays in customs clearance.

16. Why provide the recipient's email address?

If customs payments are required or for other inquiries regarding the shipment, information will be sent to the recipient’s email address.

18. What are the conditions for exporting paintings?

To export paintings, the following conditions must be met:

● The painting must be less than 50 years old

● A conclusion from the Ministry of Culture is required, confirming that the painting is not a cultural value

● If the painting is a copied photo, a conclusion from the art society is required, certifying that it is not a cultural value.

● If the value of the painting exceeds 150 euros, a customs declaration (ВМД) must be issued.

These conditions ensure the legality of painting exports and compliance with customs regulations.

19. Terms of Payment

● Payment is made to the current account in accordance with the concluded transportation agreement, upon receipt of an invoice from Nova Global after the delivery of your shipment.

● The standard payment term is 5-7 business days from the date of invoice receipt, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement. In some cases, prepayment may be required, or longer payment terms may be set (e.g., weekly, monthly).

● Payment is made by bank transfer or through payment systems specified in the invoice.

● Payment can be made in national or other currency agreed upon by the parties (e.g., US dollars or euros).

● In case of late payment, penalties or fines may be charged as stipulated in the agreement.

● The invoice is sent via electronic document management.
